The Audit is a facilitated process taking 3- 4 hours, involving all the main players in your company. It is highly engaging, challenging and intuitive – the results are usually surprising.
The output is a 30+ page diagnostic report with benchmarking scores in 27 separate areas and includes recommendations, insights and feedback.
The Dept. provides implementation assistance, as required.
